4. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival
• Partial refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
• Force majeure events may result in full refunds

5. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect
• Follow all house rules and local regulations
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests
• Leave the property in the same condition as found
• Pay for any damages or additional cleaning fees

6. Property Management Services

For property owners using our management services:

• We handle guest communications and bookings
• We manage property maintenance and cleaning
• We provide marketing and listing optimization
• We handle financial transactions and reporting
• Management fees are clearly outlined in service agreements

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for:

• Cleaning fees
• Security deposits
• Pet fees (where applicable)
• Additional guest fees
• Local taxes and fees

8. Limitation of Liability

• Travel delays or cancellations
